Mellisa is one of our most respected and loved team members. She is the friendly face clients see along the planning process. Mellisa ensures that the clients’ needs are being taken care of and that the client experience is second to none. As our Legal Assistant, she serves as a point of contact between clients and our attorneys, providing regular updates. After the signing ceremony, Mellisa assembles a personalized binder containing the client’s unique and customized estate plan. She exhibits a can-do attitude. Mellisa’s attention to detail provides clients with an experience that is second-to-none.

Mellisa is an 8th generation Floridian. She moved between Florida and Virginia while her father was in the Navy. She has lived in Florida the longest, graduating high school in Flagler County. Mellisa obtained a bachelor’s degree from UNF majoring in history.
Originally, Mellisa wanted to be an archeologist but due to her extreme dislike for spiders and snakes, that plan was abandoned. Mellisa loves to read, craft, and spend time with her husband and daughter. Her goal is to eventually have over 1,000 books, so she can have her house qualified as a home library.
