As our Client Service Director, Cindy is the pleasant voice you hear when calling in and the smiling face you see when you walk in the door. Her mission and focus is client service and making sure clients receive an exceptional client experience they cannot find anywhere else at any price. Have a question or issue? Cindy likely will be able to answer it. Our clients love her. She is always attentive to our clients’ needs.
Her parents and brother live here in Jacksonville, and she loves that they are so close. Her sister lives in Denver, Colorado. Her father was just recently accepted into a VA Facility in St, Augustine where she visits frequently. Working at Legacy Planning Law Group has allowed Cindy to express her passion for the elderly. Cindy is married and has four children of her own. She is also a stepmom to a lively 10-year-old son. Her oldest son lives in Nashville TN, where she loves to travel to visit. She has one son who recently graduated college at Colorado School of Mines, and now lives in Pensacola, FL with his wife and their two children, Cindy’s “grandbabies”. She also has an eighteen-year-old daughter, and an angel son. She loves to visit her sister in Colorado often, and makes frequent trips to Pensacola, FL and Nashville, TN.

Family
Cindy grew up in Jacksonville. As the daughter of a 38-year Navy veteran, Cindy has traveled the country and lived in many places, most recently Denver, Colorado. Prior to serving as the client service director and client care program coordinator, for our Jacksonville estate and elder planning firm, Cindy worked in accounting, marketing, finance, and customer satisfaction. She recently returned to Jacksonville to care for aging parents, and she is here to stay.

Cindy is fond of saying that kindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to cook, listen to classical music, and attend the theater.
